Martin is the Dean of St. Matthew’s –
Dean is the title for
the senior pastor of a Cathedral. Dean Kevin (don’t call him Dean
Martin
or he will sing for you …) Dean Kevin can be very entertaining (but not
by singing). Most Sundays (he does allow others to preach sometimes)
you will find him entertaining and challenging the congregation.
Dean Kevin is a
nationally known speaker, and consultant within the Episcopal
Church. He is the author of two books: 5 Keys for Church
Leaders: Building a Strong, Vibrant, and Growing Church and
The Myth of the 200 Barrier: How to Lead Through Transitional Growth
and the co-author of the Evergreen Stewardship Program.
He
is also an avid supporter of the Bishop’s Camp Golf Classic – it gives him
the opportunity to count his time on the golf course as “work.”
